General instructions: Complete Block 17a, Provide UEI in Block 20, Complete Blocks 30a, b and c. Provide pricing and the reasonably expected lead time ARO on page 4 of the RFQ. Also complete FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications and any other items as required.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to issue a solicitation 15B41423Q00000008 for the provision of one (1) new 400-600 lb. capacity, steam heated commercial dryer and accompanying lint collection unit. Including supplying, delivering, placing, installation and startup of the new dryer and lint collection units that meets the minimum specifications outlined in the SOW. The contractor shall deliver the units within 90 days ARO with startup to be completed after install, schedule coordinated mutually between contractor and government. The project location (Laundry Building) is located inside the secure perimeter at the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri, 65807. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333998. The solicitation is set aside 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a firm-fixed price contract.

The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value and past performance per FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). When the solicitation is available it will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration Contract Opportunities website at sam.gov.
