MF LIQUIDATION, LLC. 5235 Cherry St., Kansas CITY, MO 64110. The NAICS code for this action is 517312. The anticipated award date is April 1, 2023, with a base year and four optional periods of performance as follows:

Base - 04/01/2023 – 03/31/2024 OY I - 04/01/2024 – 03/31/2025 OY II - 04/01/2025 – 03/31/2026 OY III - 04/01/2026 – 03/31/2027 OY IV - 04/01/2027 – 03/31/2028

This Notice is not a Request for Quote, and no solicitation will be issued. This Notice only pertains to the following items: Tower Location: 155th & Leavenworth Rd. 440ft at Basehor, KS

Justification: The contractor operates the antenna site that is located in an area which allows Criminal Investigation (CI) to maintain the maximum level of coverage in the respective location.

Written response to this notice may be provided. If provided, it must be received by this office no later than 1:00pm EST on March 17, 2023. Additionally, documentation must establish your capability and willingness to fulfill the requirement. Written responses will be used to determine if this acquisition will be made competitively. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
