The City of Clayton is soliciting proof of qualifications from individuals or firms to enter into a Professional Services Agreement to perform professional landscape architecture and tree preservation review services on an "on-call" basis. The City is requesting qualifications from individuals or firms with expertise necessary to review landscape and tree plans for residential, commercial, institutional and mixed-use development projects for conformance with local regulations and best practices. The selected consultant may also assist planning staff with long-range planning initiatives and code revisions.

The City intends to select up to two (2) individuals or firms to provide on-call services under this RFQ. Selected firms will be placed on an official list of qualified consultants who will be called upon to perform project review and assistance. The Professional Services Agreement is expected to serve for an initial term of one (1) year with an option of an annual automatic one-year extension at the discretion of the City.

Responses should be provided via email by 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
