The City of Joplin is accepting sealed bids for completion of the Hay Mowing Services performed by the winning bidder for the specific location bidder has been awarded the contract for.

The scope of work involves the performance of proper Mowing, Haying and baling of the land that bidder has been awarded. Before mowing, the City of Joplin’s Pre-Treatment inspector must be contacted at 417-624-3615 to ascertain when they can because of land application of bio-solids.
