This project involves the replacement of the existing Chiller at the Boone County Jail with a new Chiller including complete installation and testing in accordance with all requirements, specifications and terms stated herein in RFB 09-23MAY23 and in the Bid Plans.

A certified check, treasurer's check or cashier's check, or a bidder's bond payable to the Owner for five percent of AMOUNT OF BID must be included with Bidder's Bid Response. If this proposal is accepted and the undersigned fails to execute the Contract and furnish a contract bond as required, then the proposal guaranty shall be forfeited to the Owner. ELECTRONIC BID BONDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
