The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Vision Fillers, Inc., can provide the Department with Cara Filler's personal traffic safety story that is unique to her and can only be told by Cara herself. Her story inspires youth to manage risks, become leaders, make positive choices, speak up and stand out. Presentations will be provided at approximately 25 schools throughout the state of Missouri. The contract period is from date of award through December 31, 2023.
