This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks organizations to provide Truck Mounted Pothole Patcher (Statewide) to the Missouri Dept. of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period shall commence from the date of contract award until the December 31, 2023 with up to four (4) one-year renewals periods or any portion thereof. If the option for renewal is exercised by MoDOT, the bidder shall agree to all terms and conditions of the IFB and all subsequent addendums. We will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
