The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from prospective qualified Offerors to provide annual audit services to the Missouri Transportation Finance Corporation (MTFC) for the combined financial statements of MTFC as of and for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2023 through June 30, 2025, with the MTFC’s right to extend the contract for two (2) annual audit periods, or any portion thereof, as set forth in this RFP. The MTFC was created by MHTC and is administered by MoDOT the operating arm of MHTC. This proposal is under the administration of MHTC/MoDOT.
