This Request For Proposals (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations (Offeror) to perform an annual employee engagement survey to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC). The contract period for the performance of the services described in this RFP is from the date of the fully executed Resulting Agreement through one year, with two (2) one-year renewal options.
