Questions and answers can only be submitted via email or mailed correspondence. All questions must be submitted no later than 11:00 am on Thursday, November 10th, 2022.

The Department shall maintain a list of all entities requesting copies of the RFP and shall ensure that all copies of all questions and responses will be made available to each entity on the list. Answers to questions are addendums to the RFP and will be published in the same manner that the original RFP is advertised.
