The Columbia Public Schools (Owner) is accepting sealed bids for the Alpha Hart Elementary Flooring Replacement until 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, February 17, 2023. Bids must be submitted to Business Services – Purchasing Dept., 1818 West Worley, Columbia, Missouri, 65203. Bids will be opened and read aloud.

The RFP, drawings and supportive construction information for this project will be available at American Document Solutions after January 26, 2023. American Document Solutions is located at 1400 Forum Blvd, Suite 7A, Columbia, MO 65203, (573) 446-7768 or www.adsmo.net .

All questions or requests shall be submitted in writing. Replies may be issued by addendum.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2023. Contractors must meet at the Alpha Hart Elementary School, Main Office, 5801 Arbor Pointe Parkway, Columbia, MO 65202. Any clarifications, changes, etc. discussed during the meeting, will also be submitted to each bidder by written addendum. There will be no future provisions or time allotted for those parties not present at this mandatory pre-bid to access areas. Bidders that do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be allowed to submit a bid.

All Contractors and Subcontractors shall conform to the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order No. 29, Section 010, Boone County, in accordance with Section 290.262 CUM. Supp. RSMo 2000. All Contractors and Subcontractors shall conform to the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law Sections 290.550 to 290.580 Public Works during Excessive Unemployment, if applicable to this Project.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
