EWG is seeking proposals from a consultant or a team of consultants to conduct an Arterial Study to develop roadway design considerations to support all modes of transportation on the St. Louis region’s arterial roadways in Missouri and outline community involvement guidance for future Missouri Department of Transportation roadway corridor analysis, studies, and projects on those arterials.
