1. What is the anticipated notice to proceed? Completion Date? Is there a project duration?
2. Can you provide aerial maps with the locations of each parking lot with project limits? This would help to make sure we capture everything needed for each location.
3. Page 4 – Big A’s and Perry Street Parking Lot Scope Item #3 indicates to seal all cracks not associated with alligator cracking. What type of crack-filling is being requested? Or what is the intent of this scope. It is not recommended to cracks joint under hot mix overlay as the crack-fill materials are generally rubberized and will expand after hot mix has been placed over new joint sealant. Please clarify.

4. Is there a completion date requirement on this bid and also liquidating damages?
