Mehlville High School HVAC

Sealed bids will be received (and subsequently publicly opened) for 2023 HVAC Upgrades Project for Mehlville High School no later than exactly 2:00 PM on November 8, 2022 at the Mehlville School District Facilities/Operations Office, 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, MO 63125.

The work shall be completed by a qualified mechanical contractor who shall submit a turnkey proposal for the Design/Build HVAC work for retrofit systems installation work at Mehlville High School as specified and as required by code. Only Design-Build contractors meeting the requirements within the specifications will be considered as qualified bidders.

A Mandatory Attendance pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022 at Mehlville High School (Mehlville High School Central Office Administration Building), 3120 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125
