The Cass County Commission is requesting bids for Construction for the replacement of windows at the Cass County Historic Courthouse. The renovation consists of the removal of non-historic aluminum windows and installation of aluminum replacement windows.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Cass County Historic Courthouse Windows will be received, by the Cass County Commission, at the office of the Cass County Commissioners conference room located on the third floor of 102 East Wall Street, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701, until January 11, 2023 at 1:30 pm, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. All Bids and Bonding shall be in conformity with the Instruction to Bidders.

A pre-bid conference was held at 9:00 am local time on December 7th at the Cass County Historic Courthouse located at 102 East Wall Street, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701. Attendance at the pre-bid conference was not mandatory. Visiting the building is encouraged and a tour may be requested in advance.
