Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., December 13, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work will generally consist of demolition; clearing and grubbing; excavation; borrow; grading; pipework; bridge work; asphalt; concrete work; seeding and mulching; and all appurtenant work as indicated on the drawings and as specified.

There will be a prebid conference held at 11:00 AM on December 1, 2022, in the 1st floor conference room of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, MO.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00.

Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
