Bid 2023-14: Lead-based Paint / Asbestos Abatement

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for Lead based Paint/Asbestos Abatement at Newton County Courthouse. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked Bid 2023-14: Lead based Paint/Asbestos Abatement until 10:30am Thursday, March 9, 2023, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Mandatory Walk-Through is scheduled on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 10:00 am at Newton County Courthouse, Location 101 S Wood Street, Neosho, MO 64850, 2nd floor, Commissioner’s Office. Bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, faxed or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner David Osborn at 417-451-8223 and Facility Manager Paul Wilson, 417 592 9383. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
