Description

The 19 MXG/HC is a True North asset assigned to meet the resiliency needs of a high-risk group. A core capacity of the Chaplain Corps is to provide Resilient Airmen and Family programs (AFI52-101, 1.2.1.6) to alleviate identified leadership risk with MXG Families. Without this contract, we will be unable to fully execute our command-approved resiliency program. This contract will provide the means to execute a family retreat to meet the diverse resilience needs of MXG personnel and dependents. The contract proposed would allow 19 MXG/HC to train a representative number of members and mentors in the environment necessary for true skill acquisitions and facilitate the passive spread the soft skills taught/receptivity to True North-Chaplain Corps prevention strategies.



The contractor shall provide all lodging and meeting space requirements in Branson, MO for a Family Retreat on 26-28 April 2024:

*30 double occupancy rooms

*Conference room with adequate space for 75 individuals

*Childcare room

*Daily childcare on location approx 9 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

*A/V Equipment (Mics, stands, projector, screen, etc.)

*Recreational Tickets The contractor shall further provide meals for 75 individuals:

*Friday Dinner (either plated or buffet)

*Saturday Breakfast (either plated or buffet)

*Saturday Dinner (either plated or buffet)

*Sunday Breakfast (either plated or buffet)

*Beverages and light snacks in the adult conference room

*Beverages and light snacks for the children
