The 190th Air Refueling Wing Contracting Office, Forbes Field AB, Topeka, KS 66619, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Tom & Jerry Inc, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 6.302-5(b)(5) sole source awards under the HUBZone Act of 1997 – 15 U.S.C.657a, and 19.1306 HUBZone sole-source awards.

This procurement is to provide support for a Strong Bonds couples event 27-29Oct23, on or within walking distance of the Plaza in Kansas City, MO for military couples assigned to the 190ARW. The Contractor must provision for the requested number of attendees’ meals and meeting space to accommodate one (1) event, to ensure adequate space for learning and to meet the needs of the units within the Air National Guard. Contractor shall provide hotel rooming, meeting space room, audio-visual (screens, audio connections, computer hookups, and microphones), parking, and serve meals and snacks. The Contractor shall ensure there is a conducive learning environment/atmosphere at the event venue to support Strong Bonds presentations and training and shall provide those government personnel and their families attending the event with quality accommodations and identified support services. The government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Tom & Jerry Inc for the Strong Bonds event.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
