The MO Army National Guard (MOARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach.

Sources Sought Posting – W912NS23Q1013 – HH/UH60 Airframe Repair Toolkits

This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Missouri National Guard requires comprehensive toolkits in support of HH/UH60 Airframe Repair. The Missouri National Guard is seeking to identify companies that possess the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for this requirement. The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide these products in accordance with the attached A2 Draft Specification… which includes the approximate specifications for the quality of tools desired. The exact listing of tools contained within the toolkit will be identified at a later date. If the respondent has a suggested listing of tools or has already coordinated with the Department of Defense on the exact makeup of the kit, please provide as an attachment to the response email.

The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332216 - Saw Blade and Handtool Manufacturing and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 5120 - HAND TOOLS, NONEDGED, NONPOWERED.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the draft Specifications. The due date/time for responses to this sources sought notice is no later than 14 July 2023 at 1:00 pm Central Daylight Time to Craig Lueckenotto, Contracting Officer, at craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@army.mil.

A. COMPANY PROFILE. To include: (1) Company name and address; (2) name of point of contact (including telephone and email address); (3) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and/or CAGE Code; and (4) confirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov).

B. A suggested listing of tools previously coordinated with the Department of Defense on the exact makeup of the kit, please provide as an attachment to the response email.

C. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, if any, that the responder believes to be relevant to this requirement.
