This synopsis is a Request For Information and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information solicited



The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services is seeking information regarding the availability of Audio and Visual services in the Downtown Dallas, TX area for three days.



The event will host up to 300 in-person attendees and up to 500 virtual attendees each day of the event. The contractor would provide all the audio and visual equipment required to host the event over the course of three days. The contractor will be responsible for set up, strike/tear down of all equipment and provide assistance during the event as needed.



SCOPE OF WORK



Equipment and Service.



The contractor must provide the audio equipment and support services required to properly host the event in person and to be broadcasted to individuals attending the event virtually:




  1. Setup of all AV equipment on first day

  2. Strike/tear down of all AV equipment on last day

  3. Equipment Rental for the entire event: Screen Kits, Confidence Monitoring Package, PC Audio Package, Wireless Microphones with Receivers, Web Conference/Web Interface Package, Camera Package

  4. AV support, as needed/requested for the entire event

This is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit information on Attachment_1 are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Please provide SAM ID Number, and point of contact information. The Government will not award a contract based on the information received, nor reimburse participants for information or samples they provide. Information or materials provided is strictly voluntary.
