INTRODUCTION



The Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center, Cardiology department has determined that the need to purchase one additional portable echo machine to expand echo services to the CBOCs.

Delivery accepted at Harry S. Truman VA Hospital, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201 weekdays 0800 AM-4:00 PM, excluding any government holidays.



The Authorization requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required.
