Starting April 14, 2023, contractors handling bulk and packaged grain commodities will be required to include the crop year (year of harvest) when recording inspection lot results in the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM) Inspection Results Entry Screen for each line item of a WBSCM Purchase Order (PO) that requires inspection. This change affects the current list of inspection characteristics that need to be recorded, as outlined in the “Record Results: Characteristic Overview.”
