Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency requires custom #10 envelopes. The offeror must offer envelopes as follows:

• #10 Window Envelope for FSA NAP Letters:

• Production and delivery of a custom USDA specified #10 Window Envelope:

• #10 (4-1/8 x 9-1/2) Special Double Window; Diagonal Seam; 24lb white wove w/Black Security inside tint; regular gum – heat and cold resistant glue

• Top window: 1x3-1/2 located ½” from left and 2-5/8” from Bottom

• Bottom Window: 1-1/4 x 4 Located ½” from left and ¾” from Bottom

The envelopes must withstand risk of glue disintegration when exposed to the heat and cold stresses of the climate since the warehouse location is 909 feet above the sea.
