Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, intends to award a sole source modification to an existing Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract (No. W912P9-19-D-0011) to HydroGeoLogic, Inc., under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 562910 Environmental Remediation Services, and the size standard is $22,000,000.



This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.



THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract modification to continue on-site remedial services at the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) sites located in St. Louis, MO. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is available.



The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, intends to award a sole source contract modification to HydroGeoLogic, Inc.
