DESCRIPTION:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for the award of : Wappapello Lake Park Cleaning.

The work will require: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, supplies, and other items and services necessary to ensure cleaning of all Recreation Area infrastructure is performed at Wappapello Lake, Missouri, in a manner that will promote the safe and sanitary use of public-use facilities and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

The Contractors selected for this work shall have the capability and experience to perform or provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, supplies, and other items and services necessary to ensure cleaning of all Recreation Area infrastructure. The Contractor’s performance will be based on the Contracting Officer’s (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Quality Assurance Personnel evaluations of the results required by the Service Delivery Summary and not the frequency or method of performance. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that levels of servicing are conducted at the frequencies outlined in order to maintain the standard of cleanliness required. The evaluation of results will be based on COR performance assessment, quality assurance results, and customer complaints. Final results of the evaluations will be the determining factor for the success or failure of this contract. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. The Contractor will be required to provide a daily activity report showing the work completed by day and a monthly report outlining the work performed each month. Daily reports must be submitted to the COR daily and monthly reports must be submitted within two working days of the end of the month. Reports shall be submitted in a readable format via email.
