This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA462523Q0001 for Base Training Education Services Technology Support at Whiteman AFB, MO. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $34M. All quotes shall be valid for a period of 90 days.

The Government intends to award one Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. A best value determination will be made by evaluating the following factors: price, and references/past performance. Quotes shall contain two (2) references minimum relating to Technology Support or similar services to this requirement within the last five (5) years. The references shall include company name, point of contact, and phone number. Technical rating will be acceptable or unacceptable based on price and qualifications. Your quote should demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements as outlined in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement dated 21 Nov 22. Quotes shall also include the following:

1. Company letter identifying the point of contact and cage code.

2. Resume of candidate

3. List of references.

4. Completed Bid Schedule (Attachment 2).

· The price breakdown as identified on the attached bid schedule. A standard company price list which identifies all items on the bid schedule can also be used.

NOTE: Quotes must be received NLT Feb 07, 2023 10:00 am CST; late quotations will not be considered for award. Prospective offeror must be registered and have an active status in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
