Description

The contractor shall provide services, as set forth in Section C, to all eligible Urban indians, as defined in Section C.1.2, within the Kansas City Metropolitan Service Area, including Wyandotte and Johnson counties in Kansas, Clay and Jackson counties in Missouri,for the period of 10/1/2023 through 09/30/2024, in accordance with the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, P.L. 94-437, as amended, codified at 25 U.S.C.ยงยง 1651-1660h.
