Sources Sought Posting – W912NS23Q8511 – UH-60 Heater Mat Tester

This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Missouri Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (MO AVCRAD) located in Springfield, MO requires a High Voltage Analyzer (HVA) test system to assess heating mats on UH-60 tail rotor blades. The MO AVCRAD is seeking to identify companies that possess the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for this requirement. The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide this system in accordance with the attached A2 Draft Product Description… which includes the specifications for the system required.

The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6625 - Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this “sources sought” by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the Draft Product Description. The due date/time for responses to this “sources sought” notice is no later than 8 September 2023 at 3:00 P.M./1500 Central Daylight Time via email to douglas.m.young4.civ@army.mil and craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@army.mil.
