This solicitation is for a contractor to insulate 250 feet of 2 inch copper pipe and 100 feet of 4 inch fiberglass pipe at the US Coast Guard floating dock in Saint Louis, MO. All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work.
A Firm Fixed Price construction contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. Department of Labor Wage Determinations and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) are attached and are applicable.

Payment and performance bonds are not required.
