A site visit was held on Wednesday, 26 Jul 2023 at 10:00 AM Central Time. See Attachments/Links for the sign-in sheet. Questions were not answered during the site visit. Questions from the site visit shall be submitted via email to 509CONS.PKA.Services@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 AM Central Time on 3 Aug 2023. Questions and answers shall be incorporated into this post as soon as possible. Site visit attendance was not required to submit a quote.



Added to the Attachments/Links is a list of the hoods and the only information available at this time.



This RFQ is extended. The new quote due date is 15 Aug 2023 at 10:00 AM Central Time. Submit quotes and Amendment acknowledgement to 509CONS.PKA.Services@us.af.mil on or before 15 Aug 2023 at 10:00 AM Central Time.

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the Commercial Hood and Duct Cleaning services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). Also to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the interior and exterior surfaces of the entire kitchen hood and exhaust system in the facilities located at Whiteman AFB MO. The maintenance and cleaning shall include the entire hood and exhaust system from the opening in the hood to the final air outlet including hood, fan housing, motors, all duct work, and rain caps; clean and/or replace filters, bird, and insect screens.
