**Amendment 2

The purpose of this amendment is to provide Government Answers to timely Requests for Information (RFIs) received; extend the

proposal due date; provide an updated Statement of Work; and incorporate new Appendix G - Elevation Detail. All other terms and

conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of this Amendment is to change the Date that the Quotess are due in block 8. on the SF 1449 to 08-Dec-2023 10:00 AM

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ), The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490, with a small business size standard of $40 Million.

The USACE St. Louis District is the supply, deliver, and maintain four (4) dewatering pumps, sixteen (16) submersible deep-well pumps, eight (8) standby submersible deep-well pumps, 3200 LF of 8" HDPE suction/discharge piping, four (4) 10inch x 100-foot discharge hoses, and four (4) standard grade power module generators as rental equipment in accordance with the specification contained herein. All equipment/material specified shall be delivered to and retrieved from Lock & Dam 25 located at #10 Sandy Slough, Winfield, MO 63389
