THIS ACTION IS TO REACTIVATE THE SOLICITATION AND AMEND THE SOLICIATION DUE TO INACURATE INFORMATION IN THE ITEM LIST AND SECTION A OF THE SOLICITATION. CONTRACTORS WHO PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED PROPOSALS SHOULD REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS AND RESUBMIT THEIR UPDATED PROPOSALS. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE SOLICITTATION. THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR A NON-FUNDED BLANKET PRCHASING AGREEMENT (BPA) OF WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD UP TO FIVE BPA'S AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
