Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Leonard Wood, MO intends to issue a solicitation to acquire service to provide packing, storing, and moving of personal property for Department of Defense (DoD) service members and/or employees from Fort Leonard Wood to their next duty station in a timely and efficient manner.



The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488991, Packing and Crating, with a small business size standard not to exceed $34 million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is V003, Packing/Crating Services. The place of contract performance is Ft. Leonard Wood, MO 65473.



This acquisition will be a total small business set-aside. The resulting contract will be a single-award, firm- fixed price contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) option years.



The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials for the preparation of personal property of DoD personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the DPM in support of the areas specified above.



The performance work statement will include the scope of work, instructions, and descriptions of the work that shall be performed.



An Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be posted under Solicitation Number W911S7-24-B-0001 on or after 15 November 2023 with an anticipated bid opening date of 18 December 2023. It is anticipated that the performance work statement will be published with the IFB.
