This Delivery Order modification is for the handling and salvage fees of Harpoon and Standoff Land Attack Missile Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) sections and components.

This delivery order was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
