*** Updated Information on SOW**** Changes are the two following changes/updates.






    1. Contractors shall have the capability and experience to adjust programming on Stanley brand door operators. Documentation to be provided verifying contractor has the means necessary to meet this requirement.








    1. The contractor shall respond to callbacks made from the CO, COR, or designee, by contacting the appropriate party within 30 minutes by phone. This is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Government representative will identify these calls as emergencies and will coordinate with the contractor resolution of the problem and if overtime shall be required to complete repairs. *Price to reflect cost for 100 hours of estimated service calls outside of annual Preventive Maintenance schedule.







The Columbia VA Medical Hospital is looking to establish a

service contract for Automatic Door Repair, Maintenance and

inspection.

The government intends to award an IDIQ contract with

ordering periods resulting from this solicitation.

The facility will be having an optional site visit for

interested vendors on January 25th at 9am CST. POC for

site visit is Sarah Hamilton at Sarah.Hamilton2@va.gov.

The first ordering period will be 03/01/2024 to 02/28/2025.

Submissions will be evaluated on past performance and lowest

price technically acceptable.
