The City of Ballwin is requesting proposals from qualified Actuarial Service Providers for the purpose of developing a plan for compliance with, and implementation of disclosures under Number 74 and Number 75, issued by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) to address and provide information for accounting, financial reporting, and funding of post employment benefits other than pension benefits by employers and plans or the entities that administer them.
