INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the 10 N Bemiston Ave - South Elevation Window Replacements will be received by the City of Clayton, Finance Department, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO  63105-3397, until 10:30 A.M. CST, on March 29, 2024.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:35 A.M. CST, on March 29, 2024 in City Hall Council Chambers, 2nd floor, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO  63105.
The Scope of Work consists of the removal and replacement of thirteen existing double hung windows and a round top located along the southern elevation of the 10 N Bemiston Avenue facility aka Clayton City Hall/Fire Station.
Bid packages will be available March 8, 2024 for view and download by visiting www.claytonmo.gov/vendors.
Access to view the existing windows and space is available by appointment only. Please contact the City of Clayton Public Works Department at 314-290-8546 to schedule a walkthrough up until 4:00 P.M. CST, on March 19, 2024. Viewing the existing windows and space is strongly encouraged to be considered for this project.
A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY BID AND TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY.
