INVITATION FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for the 10 N Bemiston Domestic Water Heater Replacement will be received by the City of Clayton, Finance Department, 1st floor, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue, Clayton, MO 63105-3397, until 3:00 P.M. CST, on February 20, 2024. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:05 P.M. CST, on February 20, 2024 in the Council Chambers, 2nd floor, 10 N. Bremiston Avenue, Clayton, MO 63105.

The Scope of Work consists of the replacing the existing Lochinvar Power Fin domestic hot water boiler with a new Lochinvar high efficient domestic hot water boiler at the City of Clayton 10 N Bemiston Avenue facility.

Access to view the existing units and space is available by appointment only. Please contact the City of Clayton Public Works Department at 314-290-8546 to schedule a walkthrough up until 4:00 P.M. CST, on February 6 , 2024. Viewing the existing units and space is strongly encouraged to be considered for this project.

A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
