Notice is hereby given that the City of Joplin, Missouri, will accept sealed bids at City Hall, Office of the Director of Public Works, 4 ^th Floor, 602 S. Main Street until 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 29, 2024, for making the following improvements:

Overhead Door Replacement

This project includes furnishing the following labor, equipment, and material to replace overhead doors on the Street Maintenance Barn:

1. Removal and Replacement of 10 overhead doors:

• Remove existing doors and tracks.
• Install new 12’x 14’ – 24 gauge overhead doors and tracks, including heavy duty hardware, and 3 insulated windows in each door.
• Replace all weather seals.
• Provide Manufacturer’s standard warranty and Contractor Installation warranty.

Sealed bids must be received before 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 29, 2024, at City Hall, Office of the Director of Public Works, 4 ^th Floor, 602 S. Main Street, Joplin, MO 64801. Bids will be opened at 2:00 P.M. in the City Hall 4 ^th floor Conference Room.
