The City of Joplin is soliciting proposals from experienced vendors for a full-service , cloud based Human Resources Information System (HRIS ) and SAAS software solution , excluding Payroll, Timekeeping and Benefits . The scope of functionality for the proposed solution is to include: Talent Acquisition ( e.g. Recruiting, Onboarding), Talent Management ( e.g. Performance, Training), and other functionality included within the requirements section of this RFP .
