East Town Sidewalks 2023 includes the installation of new as well as replacement of existing sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA ramps and driveways in the East Town project area.

Sealed bids must be received by said Director of Public Works before 10:00 A.M. prevailing local time on December 12, 2023, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Director of Public Works at the Joplin City Hall, 602 S. Main Street, Joplin MO 64801 in the 4th floor conference room.

This project is being supported with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant Entitlement grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.

A MANDATORY Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., November 28, 2023, at the Joplin City Hall, 4th floor conference room. All bidders are required to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and sign the attendance sheet at the meeting. Bids received from bidders who have not attended the Pre-Bid Meeting and signed the attendance sheet at the meeting will be considered nonresponsive.
