The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for Cold Mix Asphaltic Concrete for the City's Street Department , in accordance with the specifications contained herein.

No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s bid.
