The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for Electric Utility Transformer Storage and Transportation for Sugar Creek Substation Transformers for the City's Electric Department , in accordance with the specifications contained herein.

No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s bid.
