There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference in the Strother Conference Room at City Hall, 220 SE Green St. on October 19, 2023, 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME.  All interested bidders are encouraged to attend.

In accordance with the City of Lee’s Summit Procurement Policy, competitive sealed Bids for the specified items herein will be received until the date and time referenced above (the “Bid Deadline).  Bids shall be submitted via a hard copy to the City at the Parks and Recreation Offices, City of Lee’s Summit City Hall, 220 Southeast Green St., Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 Bids received by the Bid Deadline shall be publicly opened and the Bid Price read. Bids must be in the actual possession of the City staff prior to the Bid Deadline. Late Bids shall not be considered. Each Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Solicitation Number and the Bidder’s name and address clearly indicated on the front of the envelope.

The City of Lee’s Summit reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary. It is the bidder’s responsibility to check Public Purchase before final submittal to make sure there are no Addendums posted. Public Purchase registration is free but is a two (2) step process and should be done at least 48 hours in advance of the bid deadline.
