REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of Manchester hereby gives notice that sealed bid proposals for the 2024 CONCRETE STREET IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the City of Manchester, Missouri, at the Manchester Lyceum Building (Former City Hall) located at 14318 Manchester Road, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2024. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids received after the said time will be returned unopened.

All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked, "2024

IF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF BIDS PRIOR TO 8 AM ON THURSDAY, MARCH 7, 2024, PLEASE DO SO AT MANCHESTER’S NEW CITY HALL LOCATED AT 14317 MANCHESTER ROAD (OLD COMMERCE BANK).

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in bidding, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others, for more favorable or additional terms or prices, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City.

Plans and specifications may be obtained from Drexel Technologies, 135A Weldon Parkway, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 / www.drexeltech.com / 314-872-0900. A nonrefundable fee will be charged. They may also be obtained on the City of Manchester’s website www.manchestermo.gov/bids .
