The City of Nixa is issuing a Request for Proposal for the procurement of services for beverages in the Parks & Recreation facility and other City buildings.
The Department of Parks and Recreation, representing all municipally owned recreation amenities, is requesting proposals from qualified companies interested in servicing the City's need for a beverage provider. Beverages to be provided are nonalcoholic and include carbonated soft drinks, non-carbonated drinks, water and sport beverages.
The chosen vendor will be awarded an exclusive contract to be the beverage provider for all Department-managed facilities.
The Parks & Recreation Department hosts upwards of 150,000 visitors in its parks and facilities annually. Our major facilities include but are not limited to: The Center (Nixa Community Center) and Rotary Park. Our facilities continue to grow with the Eoff Family Park being designed and built in the upcoming year/s, the Nixa Dog Park, and most recently the approval to design a new Park Facility for the future.
The City highly encourages electronic submissions via this online bidding system as it expedites the process and helps to alleviate errors.
Paper bids will still be accepted. All bid content must be a in a sealed envelope. Bids must be delivered by the stated close date and time.
