Boone County, hereafter referred to as “County”, proposes to contract with an individual(s) or organization(s), hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” for a Term and Supply contract for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, coordinating and scheduling, and related items required to provide materials for and/or perform Mill and Overlay work required of the bid items within.
