Preproposal Conference with Site Visit:

A preproposal conference will be conducted to allow offerors to ask questions about the RFP to help ensure that the offeror understands RFP requirements. The preproposal conference will be hosted on Thursday, May 11, 2023, starting at 02:00 p.m. central time in the Boone County Annex Conference Room at 613 E. Ash St., Room 111, Columbia, MO 65201. . It is preferred that the offeror submits their questions at least two workdays before the conference so the County may ensure that the offeror’s questions are addressed.
All potential proposers are strongly encouraged to attend this conference to ask questions and provide comments on the Request for Proposal. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a response; however, Offerors are encouraged to attend since information relating to this RFP will be discussed in detail. Offerors should bring a copy of the RFP since it will be used as the agenda for the pre-proposal conference. A walk thru/review of the job site will be conducted after the pre-proposal conference.
