The Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide On the Job Training Supportive Services Program - Building Career Opportunities in the Heavy Highway Industry to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in this RFP. The contract period will be from Date of Award through October 31, 2024. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS or FEDEX. If the Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal, the Offeror must notify the buyer of record Lori.Tackett@modot.mo.gov within five (5) days before the RFP closing date. MoDOT will not accept any proposals by email.
